## What is TodoCalendar?

Organize tasks by date, and let recurring schedules and reminders carry them through to done

TodoCalendar puts every task on the day it belongs to. Pick a day from the weekly strip, or expand the calendar and choose from the month.
Upgrade to unlock the palettes and location reminders as well.

■ Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets
- Three Home Screen widgets (small, medium, large): see today's tasks and tick them off with a single tap, right from the widget
- Four Lock Screen widgets: inline, circular, rectangular, and a wide one that shows your remaining count at a glance
- What's left today is there the moment your screen lights up

■ Time and location reminders
- Time reminders: get notified at the moment you set, with optional early nudges like 5 or 30 minutes before
- Location reminders: tag a task with a place "buy milk at the store" and get a single alert when you arrive or leave
- Complete a task or snooze it directly from the notification

■ Recurring schedules
Set something up once for every day or for specific weekdays, and it appears on its own when the day comes.

■ Things that keep it tidy
- Tags to separate work from personal
- Notes and photo attachments
- Search across past tasks
- Drag to reorder
- Completed tasks fold away until you want to see them

■ Made to your taste
Choose between the app theme and four neo-brutalist palettes, and set your widget's colors, fonts, and background photo yourself.

■ Your data stays on your device
There is no server behind this app. No account, no sign-in, no network transmission. Your tasks, photos, and the coordinates of the places you pick are all stored on your device alone. Export a backup file whenever you like and keep it in Files or iCloud Drive.

■ Available in English, 한국어, and 日本語

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.1.1 — 2026-10-20

• Small refinements throughout the app
Send feedback or report a problem from Settings — it gets read.

### 1.1 — 2026-10-19

• Three new themes
Soft, Editorial, and Minimal change more than color — corners, borders, shadows, and type all shift with them. Pick one alongside the four Brutal Palettes in Settings > Theme. (Pro)

• Choose your font style
System, Rounded, Serif, or Monospaced, applied to both the app and your widgets. Free for everyone in Settings > Theme > Font Style.

• Six widget layouts
Date + List, List Only, Week + List, Month Calendar, Progress, and Full Photo. A live preview shows exactly how your widget will look, and layouts are free.

• A tidier Theme screen
Settings are now grouped into App and Widget, so what you need is quicker to find.

• A calmer screen for writing tasks
The photo and place buttons are quieter, a chosen place now sits in a single chip with its remove button, and attached photos span the full width.

### 1.0.2 — 2026-09-16

• A calmer screen for writing tasks
The photo and place buttons are quieter now, so the Add button below them reads first.

• A place you pick sits in one piece
The place name and its remove button are now a single control, so changing or clearing a place takes less work.

• Attached photos are shown larger
Photos in the task editor, and the background photo in Settings > Theme, now span the full width. Button labels are shorter too, and several buttons got clearer VoiceOver labels.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-09-07

• A short guide on first launch
Four pages covering how to add and complete todos, set up the Home Screen widget, use recurring schedules, and get reminders. You can open it again anytime from Settings > Support > Show the app guide again.

• Light is now the default appearance
Switch to Dark, or follow your system setting, in Settings > Theme.

### 1.0 — 2026-09-04
