## What is TodoLadders?

■ "How far is it?" — when they can see, they can move

Getting ready, homework, bath time…
"How much more?" "Isn't it done yet?"
If they can't see the end, they can't start.

TodoLadders lays today's tasks out as a board game.
"3 more steps to the reward" is visible at a glance.
Seeing the path lets them take the first step themselves.

■ Easy to use (3 steps)
① Parents register tasks: "brush teeth," "homework," "get dressed"
② Today's path becomes a board
③ Kids clear it one step at a time!

"Do it now!" becomes
"One more step and I'm at the next reward."
That small shift can change your family's every day.

■ The trick: put reward squares in plain sight
Drop small rewards into the board —
"10 min of games," "favorite snack" —
so "X steps to the reward" stays visible.
When a task is done, praise them.
Reward squares become natural reasons to cheer.

[Tips for registering tasks]
· Always include short, easy tasks up front.
  If the first one's too hard, kids give up.
  Building a sense of "I did it!" matters most.
