What's New
• Swipe left or right on the calendar to change month.
• Swipe from the left edge of the screen to go back.
• When creating a task, a "Private / Group" selector makes it clear who it's for.

Fixes
• Slow or unstable connection: your tasks and categories are no longer lost silently. The app tells you when a save fails, keeps what you typed, and lets you retry in one tap.
• A task created with a time can be switched back to "no time" again.
• A new category no longer appears twice for a moment.
• Category details now show a loading indicator.
• Repositioned the add button in category details.

### 1.21 — 2026-07-30

New: a celebration when you complete a task

Ticking a task deserved more than a simple checkmark. Every completion now
triggers a small celebration:

- Your category's emoji bursts out of the checkbox: completing a "Sport" task
  no longer feels like completing a "Groceries" task
- Confetti picks up your category's color
- The tile hops, the row briefly pulses green, and haptic feedback confirms
  the tap
- No category? Classic confetti takes over

Everything is disabled if you've turned on Reduce Motion in your iPhone
settings.

Also in this release:
- Group names are no longer needlessly truncated in the task list
- Various display and usability fixes

This update focuses on speed and fixes.

Faster groups
Opening a shared group is now near-instant.

More reliable onboarding
Your progress during account setup is now properly saved — even if the network drops or the app closes midway. No more starting over.

Better on slow connections
A progress bar now shows loading, and the app no longer freezes on a blank screen when your wifi acts up.

New completion checkbox
A smoother, more satisfying animated check.

Clearer notes
When viewing a task, its notes now display cleanly in read-only mode.
