It has let us down twice now, and in the most inconvenient moments. The first time, it simply stopped printing with no warning. After troubleshooting for hours, it coincided with a firmware update. We gave it another chance, but here we are again—facing the same issue. The printer has just stopped working out of nowhere, and all attempts to fix it have been futile. It’s beyond frustrating when you rely on a device for important tasks, only for it to fail unpredictably. This level of unreliability is unacceptable. I regret purchasing this product, and unless there’s a proper resolution, I’ll never recommend it to anyone. No encuentro donde reportar el su pagina original está en un idioma que desconozco y no puedo levantar reporte por medio de la AppStore. ### 2/5 — Found way to fix ghost, blank image issue *2024-08-06, version 4.0.0* This suddenly stopped printing images. I toyed with some of the settings , go to the magnify glass tool and press both toec buttons listed to make sure they are both check marked . Change print visibility setting to “normal”, and click the B5 paper size instead of the typical A4 setting. Im not sure if all or just one of these settings fixed the issue. But this finally made the image visible again and successfully printed. Wanted to warn and offer others the advice. Wouldnt suggest purchasing and using unless already owning one. Just because of the amount of issues that fluctuate with its use with very little assistance or a manual online. While the printer itself is quite nice, this app makes the experience so uncomfortable. I can’t even print anything anymore, the app keeps giving me the error “connect to printer” despite the printer being clearly connected. Tried on my older devices and even though it connects to the printer, it’ll wipe the entire design every time I upload, and when I try and print, no design is printed on the paper. Please fix this TOEC development team.
