The constant lag during the most important moments makes it feel like I’m missing parts of the match that I can’t get back. My biggest frustration is that I paid for the streaming service, yet the app still shows far too many ads. It’s incredibly annoying and gets on my nerves. This is simply unbearable. Toffee is the worst OTT platform in Bangladesh. It seems completely focused on making money by squeezing every possible profit out of its users while ignoring user satisfaction.
