## What is Tofu?

Tofu is a tiny bunny taskmaster who lives on your screen and chases the todos you've been avoiding.

He doesn't accept "tomorrow." He doesn't accept "I'm tired." He nags. He stares. He waits.

WHAT TOFU DOES
• Captures your tasks into Inbox, Today, and Now buckets
• Pulls you into focused work sessions (Pomodoro under the hood, role-play on the surface)
• Counts down the day so you can see how much daylight you've actually got left
• Reacts to what you do — finishing things makes him smug, dragging your feet makes him impatient

WHAT TOFU IS NOT
• Not another minimalist planner you'll forget about in a week
• Not a study companion (you can study with him, but he doesn't care about your subject)
• Not a productivity app that pretends to be your friend — he's your taskmaster, you're his boss

THE EXPERIENCE
A character-driven todo list where the character actually has opinions. Tofu doesn't celebrate every checkbox. He notices when you've been ignoring something for three days. He'll roast you. (Lovingly.)
