## What is Tofu?

Eat well without blowing the budget. Tofu builds your weekly meal plan with cheap recipes, estimated supermarket prices, each with its date, and the grocery list done for you.

YOUR WEEK IN SECONDS
Pick your supermarket, budget and how many people you cook for. Add allergies, likes, kitchen kit and the time you have. Get 7 days of breakfasts, lunches, snacks and dinners.

ESTIMATED, DATED PRICES
Supermarkets in the UK, Germany, Spain, France and Portugal, including Tesco, Aldi, Lidl, Carrefour and Mercadona. Every price is an estimate shown with its date. See what each recipe costs, per portion, and your weekly total before you shop.

ONE SHOPPING LIST, DONE
Every ingredient in one list, in the pack sizes you actually buy. Tick off what you have and share it with whoever does the shop.

SWAP WHAT YOU DON'T FANCY
Not feeling a dish? Swap it for one at the same price or cheaper in one tap.

SAVE RECIPES FROM TIKTOK AND INSTAGRAM
Spotted a recipe in a video? Share it to Tofu and it is saved with ingredients, steps and cost.

TRACK YOUR FOOD SPENDING
Snap your receipt and follow your monthly spend. Cook on consecutive days to grow your daily streak and see how much you have saved.

GOOD TO KNOW
Prices are estimates, each shown with its date, and may vary in store. Tofu is not affiliated with the retailers listed. If you have allergies, always check labels.

SUBSCRIPTION
Some features require a subscription. Current options and prices are shown in the app before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account and the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings.
