## What is Together As We Are?

Together As We Are is a practical support app for parents and caregivers of neurodivergent children.

In hard moments, it can be difficult to think clearly, find the right words, or decide what to do next. This app is designed to make that easier. It gives you simple, grounded tools you can use in everyday life especially when emotions are high and you need support that is clear, calm, and easy to follow.

Inside the app, you’ll find support across real-life areas such as calming plans, scripts for difficult moments, nervous system signs, sensory and environmental support, boundaries and safety, repair after conflict, visual supports and schedules, sleep and routines, anxiety and regulation, advocacy, and communication support.

Each tool is designed to be practical, not overwhelming. The focus is on helping you respond with more confidence, create more emotional safety, and support connection at home and beyond.

Together As We Are was created for real families navigating real challenges. It is built for the adults doing the daily work of supporting neurodivergent children and looking for tools they can return to again and again.
