Over 10 times attempted, but to no avail. Concluded app is broken & will need to call instead. ### 1/5 — BE AWARE!! Horrible company *2024-02-24, version 2.1.51* So many fake ratings the same way they have fake reviews online and we wish we had researched more about this company before taking a £400,000 loan. We were told specifically by the sales agent the monthly payments will not change much at all. We took a note on the date and time and the person we spoke to as these calls are record , after a few months they push their interest UP rate to the point where we couldn’t maintain the loan and had to pay it back after one year where they charged us 4% early redemption fee £16,000. We complained we even give the name and time dates of the person who gave us the detail that the loan will NOT be changing much, but never had any help.
