## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Sync doesn’t work

*2026-05-20*

The app on Mac and Web works fine, but tracked entries are not synced to the mobile app

### 2/5 — Will there be widgets?

*2026-08-21*

The current version doesn't seem to offer home screen widgets. Are they going to arrive? Also are you going to support liquid glass design?

### 3/5 — Somehow a downgrade from the original

*2026-08-16*

I loved using Toggle Tracker - not particularly for productivity or pomodoro but just generally for time tracking, for work, personal projects, or to get an idea on how I spend my time. I tried to get used to Toggle 2, and I think it has a lot of potential, but it lacks a lot of baseline features I'd gotten used to with Toggle Track. 1. Stopping and starting a timer - maybe just a bug but when I try to start a timer without a task (in a rush) it doesn't start. When I try to stop a timer after a task, it also won't stop unless I hit play on a previous start. 2. Setting the start time of a new task to the end of the previous task while it's still going. Now I have to wait until the task is done to change the time. 3. Can't see/edit client when I start a timer.
I like new features of Toggle 2, but I wish it was as easy to use as the original app and if there is a way to import the data over from the original app.

### 3/5 — Please migrate my data from toggl track 1

*2026-08-14*

Are you deprecating toggl track 1 ?

If yes I will export my data and just stop using the service and probably build an alternative.

Until its migrated I would like to stick with toggl track 1.

### 3/5 — Missing features

*2026-06-30*

Seems like theres no wait to create new tags, and the pomodoro timer is now gone. I’d also like to see an alarm added for when I’ve gone over the allotted time for a task. Needs some work and polish

### 3/5 — Not feasible just yet

*2026-06-17*

I’ve been using original Toggl for years and was my favorite way of tracking my projects and overall organizing my life. 2.0 with its features like tasks and time block planning is really intuitive and useful once you get the hang of it, but atm it’s immensely buggy here in iOS and its web app. No push notifications for timer and goals on a supposed personal productivity app is a real bummer. I see its potential, but I’m not really to switch and would rather just use original Toggl.

### 3/5 — Feedback on the issue

*2026-03-08*

Change the text of the software system to Chinese, exit the software, clean the background of the software, and then open it again. The text of the system will be restored to English.By the way, this software was recommended to me by Claude, and it meets my current needs. I hope it can be optimized after that.

### 4/5 — Looks great except doesn’t appear to resume

*2026-08-17*

Compared to Toggl, it’s not clear how to resume a stopped task - it just starts a copy. Prefer how the original one worked as often continuing tasks so have returned to original. But does look great so hopefully this gets updated… or explained to me if I’m missing something obvious…

### 5/5 — Feedback on the issue

*2026-03-20*

The UI is good and meets my needs.

**Developer response:** Thank you for you review! Could you please update the app to the latest version (1.3.4) and let us know if you are still seeing the issue?

### 5/5 — great free plan

*2025-11-30*

simple effective features to track everything in your life, NO SUBSCRIPTION NEEDED!
