Stat. *2020-12-11* Hey Toggl! Love Toggl Track. Want to use Toggl Plan for the company I work for. Great intergration, simple to use, awesome! BUT. The iPad app will not rotate to landscape? All that real estate just lost? I know you’ll fix it, just thought I’d remind you. There is no way to access the projects, and no instructions on how to use it except for some introduction paragraph embedded within the timeline. Would sure be nice to have both mo that view and Project View with segments enabled on the app. Without it, makes team and project management on the move super difficult. Perhaps developer can respond and clarify if there are plans to improve the app? There’s a down arrow but when I click on that the app crashes. Can’t switch between all your projects, you only get an overview of the whole team. I know you guys probably know everything that’s not right at the moment and are working to fix it, but please do it soon! Big fan of Track and loved using Plan on desktop. Was excited to switch my team to it. Also thinking how neat it would be for them to sync. But then I downloaded this app on iPad. It’s the worst app I’ve ever used from such an otherwise great brand. ### 1/5 — Nearly empty functionless app *2020-11-19* Portrait mode only on iPad. Can’t edit teams or plans from the app. How did this even ship? This a complete piece of garbage, even for existing Toggl users. Between this and the forced color changes it’s clear Toggl doesn’t respect its users. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry you feel this way. The mobile app is a legacy app and is currently in the process of being brought up to date with timelines and boards to match our web application. However, after the update the plan line and weekly appeared and i came in again. Il manque la possibilité de l’utiliser en paysage aussi bien qu’en portrait ### 3/5 — Still a long way to go *2021-09-29* Can’t drag to adjust or resize tasks on timeline views even on an iPad… that’s the main whole function of your product and you can’t do it. What a cop out. Also still no support across the product for custom fields, zapier, or adding other views like a shared notes tab to capture basic project notes.
