Name your workouts, track exercise progress, and log body weight, plus a smoother Home and Profile experience.

Workouts
• Give each workout a name when you finish, and edit names on past sessions
• Names show on Home and when you start from a previous workout
• Start from a previous workout with your exercises and sets ready to go, with last weights as hints
• Weight fields suggest values from earlier sets in the same session
• After rest ends, the timer shows how long you’ve been back at it

Stats & progress
• Exercise stats: browse exercises, filter what you measure, and explore progress on interactive charts
• Tap a chart point to see the value
• Log body weight with a chart, history, and the ability to edit or delete past entries
• Search and sort exercises in Stats

Exercises & Profile
• Group exercises with categories; filter in your library and when adding exercises to a workout
• Search and sort on Profile/Exercises
• Settings is now Profile; body weight lives under Your journey

Home & polish
• Workout cards on Home are easier to scan, with clearer exercise previews
• See how long a past workout took when picking one to repeat

Fixes
• Smoother logging (including weight entry while you type), more reliable sheets and charts, and better ordering for workouts on the same day
