Basically your job is to direct each person to a stall they’ll feel most comfortable using. Took me about 15min to complete. For what it is, this is a charming and funny game. I also like the pixel graphics and quirky sounds made by the patrons. It’s also free with no ads.
I’ve never seen a time management game about using the bathroom, and I gotta say I actually quite like the gameplay. If they were to make a full game out of this I think it would be pretty fun.

This is one of the most interesting game I’ve played on iPhone. Beautiful scenes (especially the Rome one). The relationships between the characters are both realistic and funny. Highly recommend!
