## What is Tokdak?

Tokdak is a baby log you keep just by talking.
Tap the record button and say it however it comes out, like “fed her 4 oz of formula” or “just changed a wet diaper,” and Tokdak turns it into feeding, diaper, sleep and medicine logs, right on your iPhone. Even at 3 a.m. with your baby in one arm.

■ Say it, and it's logged
• Feedings (breastfeeding, formula, pumped milk), diapers (pee and poop, down to color and consistency), naps and night sleep, medicine, temperature, symptoms, baths, even solids
• Understands times like “10 minutes ago” or “at 3 a.m.”
• Misheard? Fix it out loud: “scratch that” or “actually, 3 oz”
• Recognizes the names of common children's fever and cold medicines
• Prefer buttons? Tap, pick the details, and save
• Ounces and °F work too, or switch to mL and °C

■ It tells you what's next
• Learns your baby's rhythm and predicts the next feeding
• Reminders at every dose of a prescribed medicine, and at the times you choose for routines like vitamin D or bath time
• Night-feeding reminders go only to whoever's on night duty, and you can set quiet hours

■ Each day becomes a baby diary
• Today's feedings, sleep and diapers come together as one diary page
• It points out what changed, like “Longest sleep up 54 min”
• Add a photo and a one-line note, and day by day it grows into your baby's own diary

■ A report for the doctor when your baby is sick
• Temperature chart, symptom timeline, medicines given, plus feedings and diapers, all on one page
• Show it on your screen at the appointment, or send it as a PDF
• Flags warning signs right away, like a fever of 100.4°F (38°C) or higher in a baby under 3 months

■ Today at a glance
• A Today screen that maps sleep, feedings and diapers around a 24-hour clock
• Stats for feeding amounts, sleep time, pees and poops
• Feeding and sleep timers on your Lock Screen

■ Log it together
• Invite your partner to see and add to the same records (via iCloud)
• The timeline shows who logged what

■ Your records stay yours
• Your voice becomes text right on your iPhone, and recordings are never saved
• No sign-up, no ads, no tracking. Your records live only on your device and in your own iCloud

Tokdak is not a medical device and does not replace diagnosis or treatment. If you're worried about your baby, talk to your pediatrician or another health professional. In an emergency, call your local emergency number right away.

On devices that support Apple Intelligence, it also polishes the diary's wording and helps with sentences that are hard to make out. Voice logging and the diary work on other devices too.
