## What is Tokenai!?

Make room for what matters.

Tokenai brings focus, distraction blocking, and daily planning together in a calm iPhone experience. Choose what to do, protect that moment, and build your routine without a feed competing for your attention.

ONE MOMENT AT A TIME
Set up focus sessions and Pomodoro-style breaks. Adjust the timer and choose study, work, or general focus.

FEWER DISTRACTIONS
With your Screen Time permission, select apps, categories, or websites to shield during focus. You can also block distractions for a set duration or give an app a daily usage allowance. Once that allowance is reached, the app stays shielded until the next day.

Pause, resume, restart, or end the timer. Pausing keeps focus protection active; resuming or restarting adjusts its deadline. Ending removes only that session's protection, with no minutes or XP for an incomplete session. Separate timed blocks and daily limits remain in effect. You control individual Screen Time permission in iPhone Settings; blocking depends on that permission and iOS.

A DAY WITH DIRECTION
Plan tasks on the calendar, choose a time and duration, and record what you complete. Prepare a focus session from a task and filter your checklist by pending or completed items.

SEE YOUR RHYTHM
Track days of use, your habit streak, and completed focus minutes by category. Brainon, your little brain companion, grows with your focus. Planned time and checked tasks do not count as completed focus hours.

A CALMER INTERFACE
Soft tones, light and dark appearances, subtle animation, and haptic feedback. Adjust ambient motion and touch feedback to your preference. Available in English and Brazilian Portuguese.

NO TOKENAI ACCOUNT
Preferences, tasks, and history are stored on your device. There are no ads or social feed. Tokenai does not read messages or content inside the apps you choose to block.

TOKENAI PLUS
An active subscription unlocks the app's features. Monthly, quarterly, and annual plans renew automatically. A 7-day free trial is subject to eligibility and availability on the App Store. The price, billing period, and offer terms appear before you confirm a purchase. After the trial, the selected plan's price applies unless you cancel. Manage your subscription in iPhone Settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
