First of all it is not user friendly. Luno is so much better. Due to their system glitch i lose 10% from the transaction. I raised a dispute the minute the transaction occured and still they did not rectify the problem. The very least they could do is to refund their fee but didnt even do that. Their reply is its a normal thing.
