Can’t log in due to a “network error” App has been out for years. No idea what Fonz is doing

After entering my email and verification code, it doesn’t redirect from mobile web browser to app login. Completely nonfunctional and can’t access my tickets.

I tried signing in and connecting to my wallet in various different ways but none of them work.

Words can’t describe how annoying this is. Is it really that hard to make an app that allows you to sign in? 

I wouldn’t normally go out of my way like this, but every single sign in method is not working. This needs to be fixed asap

I’m trying to use this app to sign up for Eth Denver. There is no form validation, the staking button doesn’t seem to work not sure what I’m missing. Really frustrating user experience.

I RSVP’ed for an NFT NYC event but they made me sign up again because of a bug.  But then I lost my RSVP and couldn’t get back into the event.

I found this app to not work INITIALLY for ETH Den ticket. 

Trying to “connect wallet” (Coinbase wallet) from within Tokeproof iOS app leads nowhere. After selecting Coinbase wallet, it redirects to download the Coinbase Wallet app (even if installed already), and NO pop up to approve on CB Wallet appears. 

What worked for me was to go to TokenProof website via a PC browser, and connect wallet that way. 

TokenProof website displays QR code to scan from within CB Wallet. Follow the steps from there, you’ll get a pop up within CB Wallet app to sign and approve, then TokenProof should display your ticket to the event.
