Until I learn Indonesian, this is a must have for me. Tokopedia can learn a lot from Amazon on how to handle fraudulent transactions both for sellers and buyers. The system is too rigid, and robotic, with no leeway for humanity. There should be humans reviewing in per case basis. Imagine you pick instant with your office as the address and waiting for almost 5 hours only to get a notification “no driver available” so you have to wait another hour while your office is nearly closed. Also giving a blank page while choosing to change the address is wild. CS will only reply with bunch of template with no solutions. Once the order is cancelled you missed the offer.
