You have to close app or delete constantly for it to function properly. Half the time, outbound calls fail. Just overall not something to work with at alll ### 2/5 — Still having notifications problems *2023-11-25* It’s been years , I’m done with this. Badge notifications have never worked correctly. Even now when it’s finally implemented it doesn’t work correctly. It only shows a badge after I already open the app. That’s useless. Every other app developer can do this correctly. **Developer response:** Thank you for your continued feedback and support. If notification doesn’t work it makes the app useless. So my suggestion is resolve notification issue as soon as possible. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2020-03-24* At first it somewhat seemed like it might have worked, but we ended up wanting to disable our account because we didn’t want our numbers to have to have an extension. The moment we did it kicked ya out of the app and now all numbers we had associated with toktiv are dead and can’t be accessed anymore. We also can’t even enter the app again. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2020-02-21* Don’t bother. I’m a developer and could write the app myself so it’s not like I don’t know what I’m doing. Text on the app goes off screen and you can’t scroll to see it. Not worth to try, don’t lose your time, search further. If your issue hasn’t been resolved yet, please write to support@toktiv.com. ### 1/5 — Account SID and Auth token *2022-02-05, version 2.6* How do i find my Account SID and Auth token, this is my first time on this app and they’re asking for this, how do i find them please ### 1/5 — It was not clear in description *2021-09-03* I wanted to use this alongside my EHR integration. When I try to setup my twillio number, it said that this integration will all other integration to work with twillo. I did not want that. **Developer response:** Hello! Calls to a Twilio number can be routed to only one channel. The phone number settings on Twilio has to be changed for users to receive calls on Toktiv. You will have to use different numbers on Twilio platform for different channels - one for EHR and another for Toktiv. This is the design of Twilio platform and not a shortcoming of Toktiv. Please reach out to support@toktiv.com and we can find ways to make this work for our setup. I really liked this app and had given it a positive review. I had it setup for a new phone number. Worked ok. But recently logged in to my Twilio and found it took over my MAIN number too. I didn’t authorize that and have basically had a dead line posted since then. This did cause damage. :( ### 1/5 — Nope *2020-05-04, version 1.4* Sorry guys. Doesn’t work. Says searching forever when entering Id ### 1/5 — Incoming calls stopped *2020-03-31* I noticed today that incoming calls were not working anymore. I checked all configurations on my twillio account and everything was fine. So it’s the app not sure how long this has been or how many missed calls I have gotten because of this. I initially had some issues getting it to fully work properly on my iPhone. However, support reached out to me within an hour of contacting them and helped get everything running. People will be able to call you without having to dial an extension number. Please assign all such numbers as your Direct Numbers on Toktiv. Assign a dummy number as the Board Number. The primary target customers for Toktiv is business establishments with multiple employees.
