Ordered a family package of fast food, after 3 hours it tasted horrible and the bacteria growth in room temperature environment is horrible for your stomach don’t do it. 

The driver went to like 6 different places before delivering my food, the app either get more delivery people or don’t accept orders that won’t be delivered in at least a decent condition.

The recent update is horrible to use, can’t search anything and the search engine is terrible. Can’t put in the delivery address. Took a lot of time to just put in the address and got me so stressed. Pure disappointment.

You can track where your delivery is and they also issue e-barimt on their delivery fee which Songo doesn’t have. 
Customer service is much better than Songo as well

The functions of the app are fine. It’s actually quite easy to use. The only and the biggest problem is that it takes ages for the delivery to come. It’s usually around 3-4 hours wait. Sometimes even longer than that. It’s a serious problem that could drive users away. So please work on that.
