برزت ظاهرة التوك توك حديثا ، و انتشرت بسرعة كبيرة ، و ساهم وجوده في حلّ الكثير من مشاكل النقل للافراد و في توصيل البضاعة و الحاجيات خاصّة في المدن ذات الكثافة السكانية العالية ، و كلما ازداد الزحام في الشوارع كلما ظهرت الحاجة الملحة للتوك توك .

 يوفر التطبيق خاصيّة كتابة ما يحتاجون إليه المستخدمون في حسابهم ، و سوف يشاهد اصحاب التوك توك ذلك و يتواصلون معهم من خلال التطبيق ، و في حال وجد المستخدم أن عرض صاحب التوك توك مناسبا له يتم تأكيد طلبه و تجري الخطوات اللاحقة بسهولة ، ويتم توثيق الرحلات في حساب الطرفين بما في ذلك رقم الهاتف ، إذ قد تكون هناك حاجة للتواصل أو قد ينسى الزبون اغراضا  أو هاتفه و غير ذلك في التوك توك ، و على الطرف الاخر ، يكتب صاحب التوك توك مساره من أي منطقة يتحرك و المنطقة التي يقصدها  و يضع السعر المناسب سواء للتنقل أو للتوصيل و البريد ، و عند بحث الزبون في التطبيق يشاهد جميع العروض و يختار ما يناسبه .
