I don’t understand why they have translation on text but not on live. Many other apps (weverse, YouTube) can handle this. Also, it would be helpful if the announcements were translated to the user’s language. ### 3/5 — Decent but it needs upgrade *2025-08-31* Overall, the app is nice but it needs a live translation option for the live chats, similar to Weverse. Without that feature, live chats are a waste if I can’t understand what the member is saying. This is also a barrier with written announcements from the company. This app AND KQ need to take a lesson from K-pop platforms such as JYP and Weverse! Subtitles should be available for the artists as well as the fans! All we want is to connect. We want our questions seen and answered. We want to know the artist can see and understand us. Because we are more than willing to read and understand them. Look languages are difficult to learn and everyone feels more comfortable speaking their native language. Subtitles are an easy fix and for the app developers and the company a simple source of revenue. Are you just too lazy?
