マップいらないからマイページへのボタンを下メニューに入れてほしい。
サイトは情報が集まっててかなり重宝してるけど課金に繋がらないのが本当に勿体無いと思う。現状だとスクショの方が管理が楽なのでそこ辺り強化してもらえたらなあなんて。
マイページには自分が保存したものだけ表示するようにしてほしい。おすすめをするところではない。ビュッフェの棚と自分の皿くらい区別つけてほしいです。

展覧会の終了日順の並べ替えができなくなった

エリア別やジャンル別でも新着順に並び替えることができていたのに全国を対象とした新着表示のみしか無くなってしまったのは定期的にチェックする側からすれば時間ばかりかかって非常に鬱陶しい。
「戻る」をタップするとページの先頭に戻る仕様もそのままな上にレイアウトも強制的にデフォルトに戻されるのでイライラする。
運営側がラクをするための変更は変更としか思えないユーザーの利便性を一切考えていない作り。
それでいて年会費は結構高いので新たに課金しようと思う人はよく考えてからにしたほうが良いかと。
展覧会情報は群を抜いて多いのでその点だけは良いんですけどね。

ヘビーユーザーです。
2026年3月現在、アプリ自体は１年程度アップデートされていないのですが、おそらくアプリとリンクしているWeb側の工夫で、使い勝手はいろいろ改善されています。
(1)バグ　アプリを立ち上げるとかなりの頻度(一日数回)で画面が真っ白のままフリーズした状態になります。
→改善。この不具合は全く無くなった。
(2)「戻る」機能がないのが致命的に使いづらいです。
→改善。使い勝手はいまいち悪いものの、戻るボタンは実装された。

(追記)
「戻る」機能が実装されたとはいえ、まだ使いにくいですね。元のページの先頭に戻ってしまうので、リンク先に飛ぶ前の情報を見つけるために、かなりスクロールしなければいけないこともしばしばです。また地図を見ている最中だと、直前まで見ていた場所ではなく、自分がいる現在地に強制的に戻されてしまいます。

会員になりたかったのに、支払いができません。ボタンをクリックしても反応がありません。
展示の詳細紹介ページのデザインも最悪で、まるで30年前のウェブサイトのようです。操作しづらく、体験もとても悪いです。

普通のアプリなら、マップに表示中のイベントがマップの外側にリスト表示されたり、またはサムネが表示されてスワイプで切り替え可能だったりするものだが、そのような機能はない。
唯一の方法はそれぞれのイベントのピンをタップすることだが、タップするとマップが拡大され、そのピンを中心に移動するので表示範囲が変わる。
しかも、そこから詳細画面を開いてしまうと、戻るボタン等はないため、また新規にマップを開く他はない。
とにかく、普通は出来てしかるべきことが一切できていない。この数十年で積み重ねられたアプリの使い勝手の常識や知見がことごとく無視されている。今時、どこにどのように発注すればこのようなアプリが出来上がるのか本当に不思議。

展覧会情報自体はまとまっているので使い続けていますが、それでも利用やめようかなとよぎるほど不便と感じる点がいくつかあります。以下改善を希望します。

・例えばジャンルを「写真」で絞り、その検索結果の3ページ目に気になる展覧会情報があったとして、一旦その展覧会詳細を開いてしまうと、そこから再び元の「写真」の検索結果3ページ目に戻るボタンがない。「一覧へ戻る」を押すと展覧会タブのトップに戻ってしまうので、「写真」の検索結果の続きを見るためにはいちいち再度同じ条件で検索し直さなくてはならない。極めて不便。

・ピックアップエリア・ピックアップジャンルから「すべて見る」を押させるワンクッションも無駄に煩わしい。デフォルトで全てのエリアとジャンルを表示させてほしい。

・動作が重い。特に美術館受付でクーポン表示に異様に時間がかかることが数回あり（他のアプリは問題なく作動したのでネット環境の問題ではないと思われる）、とても困った。

みなさん 書かれてますが、アプデ後に 類まれなる 使いにくさになりました。これだけ 声が上がってるなら 再 アプデ で 有るよね？ 使いやすくなる、、よね？ と 期待して 待ってます。が、そろそろ 半年？なので 課金解約するか 検討中。多分 お金 掛けて リニューアルしたんだろうけど、使いにくかったら 意味 ないよ、、外注先 失敗したとかでしょうか、、（ もはや 同情の域 ）  普段から よく使う人がチェックしたら、これで OK しないだろ、、っていう クオリティ です。情報量が良いだけに、残念 すぎます。がんばってー🥲
