昨日からアプリが開かない。
他のは開くから、トレッタの問題かな？
猫4匹ある私としては、記録が出来て役に立って有難いが、時々こういう不具合がある。

たくさんおしっこが出ていても0と表示されたりと信頼できない

昨日から全く記録がつかなくなりました。日頃から2回短時間で使用すると記録がつきませんが、昨日からは何度入っても記録が全くつきません。再起動やWi-Fiの接続などありとあらゆることは試しましたが記録はつかず。毎回ペットカメラの映像を遡りトイレの使用を確認している状況で、とても手間がかかります。何度も再起動を繰り返し、再起動後1回目だけは記録されるようにはなりましたが、届くのがかなり遅いです。
（使用後30分以上経ってようやく通知が来ます。）
その後また記録がつかないので再起動。1回使うごとに再起動しなくてはいけないのですか？
また、記録されなかった際に手動で入力できるとしていますが、入力したところでグラフには反映されないのであまり意味が無いと思います。きちんとトイレの記録として手動入力できるようにして欲しいです。
持病があるため、トイレの回数、尿量、体重の変化はとても重要な記録になります。不具合が多いと、体調の変化の把握の遅れにつながり、とても困ります。
サポートの対応が悪いので、問い合わせしたくありません。過去に何度か問い合わせましたが、レビューに同じような不具合で困っている方がいるにも関わらず、とにかくこちら側に全て原因があるような返信しか返ってきません。
とにかく不具合を減らして欲しいです。

アプリから、リクエスト送信できるようにしていただきたい。いちいちホームページにログインしないといけないのは不便。アプリに存在するサポートは一体なんなのか不明。連絡しても全く応答がない。
またトレッタIDをコピーできるようにしてほしいです。不具合等で問い合わせるのに必要なのに全て手打ちしないといけない。

カレンダー等に情報を打ち込んでいる途中に少し放置するとバグが生じて何も表示されなくなり、編集もできなくなる。
毎回サポートに連絡して直していただかないといけなくなる。自動で保存されるか、編集中のままにできないのか、本当に使いづらいです。
毎日利用するものなのに、軽微な不具合が多く困ります。

多頭飼いのため体重が近いと識別できないので、顔認識してくれるトレッタを利用しているが、顔認識を毎日間違えられるので画像を一つ一つ確認して修正していくのが地味に面倒。AIがいつまでたっても学習しない。
似た柄ならともかく、白い猫と柄のあるタビーの猫とを頻繁に間違う。。。柄も体重も全く違うので間違うポイントが分からない。

病気の早期発見や病気になってからの尿量などの確認をするために毎月高い料金を払っているが、いざ病気になってから精度に問題があることが発覚。
・トイレの回数が極端に多くなった際の警告がない
　入室回数35回、その内4回6-9ml計測できてトイレ状況正常ですと表示されている
・尿量が少ないと全く計測されない　
・猫がおしっこが出にくくトイレの中で動くせいか尿量に加えて体重も計測されていないことが1/3位の確率で起こっている

腎臓病になって尿量の確認をしたいのに計測されていないのはかなり致命的だと思った。
元気な子がしっかりおしっこしているのは記録されているが肝心の病気の子のデータが正確に把握できない。

他社がもう少し改良されれば乗り換えようと思う。

2匹の猫の体重が近くなり、混合されるようになったことでカメラ付きなら明確になると思って高かったけど買い切りを購入しました。 映像で確認できるので安心していたのですが1週間ほど使っていて複数回、計測や記録をされてないことがあります。 うちの猫は大便後におしっこですぐに入ることがありますが、このような時に計測されてないようです。 すぐにといっても、計測のために少し待ってから便を片付け、その後少ししてから入っているので間が空いてないわけではありません。 こういうことが頻発するなら、前の製品より計測の精度が低いと言わざるを得ません。 そもそも計測をされてないのだから、どちらの個体かという問題ですらないので。(前製品の場合は記録はしてくれてるので少なくとも前後の様子でなんとなくの推量ができました) もう少し様子を見てみます。

2ヶ月経過。
その後計測されない事態は軽減しました。
計測されなかった時に記録を記入できるシステムはないのですね。
前に使っていたシステムは自分で後から記入できました。
それができれば目の前でトイレに入ったのに計測されてない場合でも手入力すれば問題ないのですが。今後に期待です。

初めの頃はきちんと計測されて、不具合もありましたがなんとか画像も届いていました。
しかし半年くらい前から、トイレに入った形跡はあるのに測定がされていない日が見られるようになり、他の見守りカメラを設置したところ、1日の半分位しか画像が届いていないことが判明。別カメラで見てみると、猫がトイレに入って用を足していると突然ライトが消えてしまいその後付かず、電源を入れ直さないと作動しない始末。
これで月1400円も取られていると思うと…。
ちなみに、見守りカメラのWi-Fiは全く途切れないので、この本体の機械の精度が元々良く無いのでしょう。
新しく買い直すにしても、本体価格が高騰していて、正直この程度の精度で買い直そうとは思いません。

慢性腎不全の猫の健康管理のために購入。体重はほぼ正確ですが尿量は全くあてにならず毎日ペットシーツの重さを秤で測ってました。データが送信されないことも多くトイレ回数も正確ではないため動体検知のカメラをトイレ前に設置して把握してました。
猫の健康状態をしっかり把握したい方にはおすすめしません。健康な子ならトイレ中のかわいい姿を見れるるのとトイレの滞在時間は正確なので出し渋りがある時なんかはすぐに把握できるので良いかもしれません。
注意⚠️猫が亡くなったので解除。解除すると更新日が来てなくても速攻なにも見れなくなります。日割りもないのにせめて更新日までは見れるようにして欲しかった。きちんと調べずに解除した自分が悪いのですが解除手続き中にも何の説明も出ずボタンを押すだけ。不親切だと思いました。

ほとんどが尻尾でカメラをふさぎ、真っ黒な画像です。
