When you locate yourself you have to spell every word in your address carefully, they don’t give you auto prompt to fill up address. This is so lame. Don’t use this product it will give you a major headache. The worst thing is that it doesn’t calculate the fastest routes. A total waste of time. ### 2/5 — Meh *2019-12-19* Too much hassle to use. Not always calculating the fastest routes. Not very useful with out a subscription ### 1/5 — Bad app. Confusing *2019-09-19* When I first download the app I thought it will be good but once I purchase 3 of their different subscriptions types which I think is kind of like a rip off.. The app seems to be pretty confusing he doesn’t specify which routes charge the most or cheaper. It’s all scramble hard to understand ### 1/5 — Battery killer *2019-07-13* This app is good, but i have 2 problems with it. 1st is using navigation on background no matter if you use the app, it’s killing my battery during the night if i forget to change my phone in full. 2nd- i tried to unsubscribe but it still charging me monthly fee. It’s saying that auto-renewal can be turned off from account settings, but this app doesn’t have settings. ### 1/5 — Paid for upgrade and nothing happened. *2019-02-21* Do not pay for any of the upgrades in this app! I’m angry because I paid for the upgrade, I clicked on it, the payment went through and no other routes appeared. Down at the bottom of the screen it said that there was an alternate route that only took eight more minutes and cost half the money but the only way I can get it is if I pay for the upgrade. I paid for the upgrade and it said that it would restore automatically and nothing happened. The app works great if you’re just trying to figure out one way to get to your destination and you don’t want to try and find any other alternate routes. ### 1/5 — Tollsmart aggravating *2018-06-15, version 2.1* Paid for update to get alt routes. Cannot. When I touch link to get alt routes it just says I can do this if I pay for the upgrade and becomes a vicious circle. Today I was using it and it keeps saying I ne d to put in a destination - I did. It is there. But app doesn’t see it. No checkmark by destination address, just a red x. And the address is one I use frequently on the app and never had a problem ### 1/5 — Very limited *2018-04-14, version 2.1* In a desire to maximize income the developers have created a product with very limited functionality and, given the lack of response to a number of messages, haven't invested in customer service either. The product advertised at the price is not what you receive - buyer beware. UPDATE 14Apr: Thank you for your response. My point, which you have overlooked, is that per my (still unanswered) emails to you, if you have a 2 axle trailer the product does not calculate tolls unless you purchase the commercial version - this was not made clear when I purchased the product. ### 1/5 — Waste of time *2018-03-06, version 2.1* Won’t even expect a valid address. ### 3/5 — Alternative routes *2018-02-22, version 2.1* I paid for this app with all its benefits, and then all of a sudden the app is asking for more money to do the same things I paid for! ### 1/5 — Beware! *2017-12-01, version 1.9* This app does not calculate tolls unless you pay $2.99 for the upgrade-- for alternate routes. It only calculates for the one route it chooses for you. If that route has nontoll and toll options, you cannot get the toll options without the upgrade. Since it's the only thing I wanted I deleted immediately. I don't like being deceived. ### 1/5 — Missed an entire $15 toll bridge. *2017-11-25, version 1.9* This app cannot be trusted. seems to have no idea of how many tolls you have to go through in the NY/NJ area and tells me my route will have $0 tolls even though just 1 of the bridges you have to go through costs $15 (Bayonne Bridge) In other words this app will cost you dearly if you use it. What a joke. ### 1/5 — Free? No it’s not! *2017-10-26, version 1.9* I like how the latest update says it’s now free. Sure, the app is free. But you can use it unless you subscribe. Really sneaky company - stay away. ### 1/5 — ridiculous *2017-10-04, version 1.9* I paid 4 dollars for the "set vehicle" option and it only has an option to add a single axle for a trailer. Not helpful at all, and I'll be damned if I'm going to take a chance and hand them another 3 or 4 dollars. ### 4/5 — Does it's job *2017-08-15, version 1.9* App is good. Tells you the toll Locations, where you take a ticket, and the resulting cost. ### 4/5 — Only gives one route *2017-07-09, version 1.9* Got the app to see how much I'd spend in tolls, which it did, however it doesn't show more than one route (for my trip anyway) otherwise when pulled up on a gps app it gives you multiple routes. Well it stopped adding up my tolls one day. Sorry toll smart the GWB isn’t free. ### 1/5 — Interaction flaws *2020-07-21* Some basic interactions are not intuitive to use (1) the address auto-fill in the input field, which causes manual work for users to type addresses on their own. (2) the “Calculate Route” tab on tab bar is redundant yet still interactive, i’d suggest to not show it unless both locations are filled.
