Food is great not sure why we can get an app the functions

All the food I’ve had from them is good, however this is a review of the app. It just doesn’t work, it constantly crashes on random taps, like opening a food category or proceeding to checkout. It makes the app unusable for me unfortunately.

When you click on a category the app crashes. Even if you manage to add something to the cart, it will crash on the second item always.

I love the food and service at the Machesney Tom & Jerry’s.  Downloaded the app and tried to place an order. The app froze or closed on me during repeated attempts. Disappointed. If it wasn’t advertised as online ordering would have no problems. No one is at the pickup only spots and now I know why. Please fix the app.

I was loving this as I work late and would submit my order and pick it up on my way home. Great food, great prices but now it will not work… just blanks out 🙁
I work 11 hour days and DO NOT want to order at a counter and wait more time. 
Fix this please!!!

the app is super easy to use and very convenient if you like to have your food ready to go when you get there! the staff is super sweet and the food’s amazing❤️

I love the app! It makes it so easy to order and pick up food or even get it delivered, especially during these times where staying home is important.

So I stopped in at the Machesney Park location to try a gyro since Uncle Nicks was a solid 4/10..... and OH MY GOODNESS! The staff was more than pleasant, the time to wait was minimal, and the gyro and fries were EXTRAVAGANT!!!! I highly recommend that you and your friends, family, grandparents, grandparent’s grandparents, world leaders, United States president, and anyone else you know who likes to munch to check this place out! Overall rating: 10/10 😊
