## What is TOM?

本應用程式只適用於參加了「集成遠程監控以優化急性心力衰竭伴隨左心室射 血分數降低的藥物劑量調整：可行性研究」研究的心臟病患者。研究由心臟專 科醫生及其研究團隊負責。
