I have a IPhone 6 with a version of 12.4, it won’t even open. I have deleted app and reinstalled numerous times still won’t open!! What a waste! Needs fixing!

I have tried resetting phone and uninstalling the app several times. I am using an iPhone 6s Plus with ios12.4.  I am unable to get the app to even open.

App sucks I literally got everything filled out all my information one I have a ton thumb gas station not even 5 mile from me and it won’t detect it , and just keeps saying no matter what I do I have all permission on and everything

Literally sitting next to the pump and the app says “ERROR The data couldn’t be read because it is missing.” Can’t use the app than what’s the point. It says that message for anything I click on the app

This use to be a convenient way to gas up at my local Tom Thumb, but since the last update it no longer works. Gives the error - data cannot be read since it is in the wrong format.

Switched from Android Pixel to iPhone 13. Old phone has no problem logging in. iPhone keeps getting login error message that it cannot process request and try again later. Going on 3 months and still won’t log in. Android - works fine.

The first few times I use this app it worked well. Then I had trouble logging in when I needed to use it and the app would just spin. After that, it stopped finding the station even when I was sitting at the pump and nothing I have tried has fixed this. Very frustrating!
