## What is Tomatka Life Companion?

Most wellness apps punish you for being human. Miss a day and the streak breaks. Skip a workout after a brutal week and the app turns red, like you failed, even when you had a real reason.

Paradise works differently.

Every goal has three honest states:

- Done: you showed up. (+10 points)
- Good reason: a real reason to skip: a hard day, being sick, life happening. (+5 points)
- Skipped: you just didn't. No judgment, no points lost.

Points only go up. There are no streaks, no percentages, and the word "habit" never appears anywhere in the app.

After every entry, Tomatka reacts with one affectionate line. She's a Brandywine tomato with an orange bob, a tomato-leaf hair clip, and a sage-green sweater, and she shows up everywhere in the app now, not just a face in the corner. She celebrates a done. She validates a good reason. She shrugs at a skip. She never guilt-trips, and she almost never repeats herself.

A REAL WELCOME, NOT A TOUR

Open Paradise for the first time and Tomatka gets to know you: your energy, your sleep, what's overwhelming, who's in your corner. Skip anything you want. Answer, and she tailors your first goal suggestions, her first line to you, and a starter plan built from what you actually said.

WHAT'S INSIDE

Today — Your goals for today. Mark them done, choose a good reason, or skip. Five moods to choose from, not two. Mark rest days. Tap a completed card to undo it. Attach a photo moment or write a quick journal note. Active goals stay on top, completed ones move down, so you always see what's left.

Garden — A tomato plant grows each week just by showing up. Hit 3, 5, and 7 active days and tomatoes appear. Tap the Harvest button to claim the bonus points at each milestone, yours forever once claimed. A monthly harvest basket tracks the whole month. New plant every Monday, no guilt for a missed week.

Journey — A monthly calendar of your past activity. Tap any day to see exactly what you logged, your mood, and whether it was a rest day.

Log — A weekly dot grid, every goal against every day, with your daily mood shown right above it. Tap a goal's name to open its own monthly calendar. Navigate back through past weeks to see your whole story.

Things — Add, edit, and delete your goals. Set them daily, a few times a week, on specific weekdays, or "whenever I feel like it." One-time things get a date and an optional free reminder instead of a repeat schedule. Seasonal things (a cold shower is a summer thing) show up only when their season is active.

Seasons — The whole app shifts feel four times a year: color, accent, even Tomatka's outfit. Your things can be scoped to a season too, so what Paradise asks of you actually matches how you live.

Weekly reflection — After your first week, a gentle check-in on how it went. No score, just a reflection.

PARADISE PREMIUM

An optional 7-day free trial unlocks six garden themes, 40+ extra Tomatka lines, and an Insights screen showing your most consistent thing, your mood trends, and your longest active run. Premium is shown to you honestly, including a live preview of your actual garden in Premium colors, and it's always dismissable with zero friction. The free app stays exactly as complete and warm as always; Premium is decoration and insight, never a gate on the core experience.

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS

Your goals, entries, moods, and photos live on your device. No account, no login, no cloud sync. Your journal never leaves your phone. Premium only sends anonymous usage data and subscription status, never your entries.

FOR ANYONE WHO...

Has quit every other wellness app because missing a day felt too bad. Wants structure without rigidity. Knows some skips are earned, not failed. Is done being judged by an app.

Paradise doesn't keep score against you. It keeps score for you.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.15.0 — 2026-08-13

Your Garden is here. A tomato plant grows each day you show up for your self-care — mark things done or give a good reason, and watch your plant get taller. Hit 3, 5, and 7 active days in a week and tomatoes appear, earning you bonus points you keep forever. New plant every Monday. No guilt if you skip a day — the garden resets gently.

Your Today screen now keeps active goals on top and moves completed ones to the bottom, so you always see what's left at a glance.

Also: attach photos to your day ("moments"), take a photo right from the app, and compact Things rows that show more of your list.

### 1.14.3 — 2026-08-05

A few fixes to make things feel smoother:

• Fixed a rare issue where the welcome screens could look off the very first time you opened the app
• Marking something done on a rest day now shows correctly in your Log and Journey
• Cancelling a purchase no longer shows an error, it just quietly closes
• Refreshed onboarding artwork and a calmer, better-fitting paywall
• Night Garden theme is easier to read now
• Some wording polish throughout, including from Tomatka

### 1.11.0 — 2026-07-26

Paradise looks like herself now. Tomatka got a full redesign, orange hair, a tomato-leaf clip, a sage-green sweater, and she's wearing it everywhere: onboarding, every tab, even the app icon.

Getting started feels like an actual conversation, not a form. Tomatka asks about your energy, your sleep, what's overwhelming, who's in your corner. Skip anything. Answer, and she builds a starter plan from what you told her, with a few real-number fact breaks along the way. Close the app mid-quiz, and you'll pick up right where you left off.

New in the Garden: a Harvest button. Hit a tomato milestone at 3, 5, or 7 active days, then tap to claim the bonus points. Yours forever once claimed.

New on the Log screen: five moods, not two. Annoyed, sad, standard, happy, energetic, each its own color, right above your weekly grid.

No streaks. No percentages. Nothing that keeps score against you.

### 1.9.0 — 2026-07-15

Things come in two shapes now: Keeps happening, or Just once. A doctor's appointment, a form to file, a call to make. Give it a date and it stays on your list until then, no need to make it repeat just to keep track of it.

A one-time thing can carry a free reminder too. Tap "Add a reminder," pick Morning, Afternoon, or Evening, or spin the wheel to an exact time. No premium wall on this one.

Your daily notification also got smarter last update. One active day from a Garden tomato, and tonight's check-in tells you so instead of the usual line. A week since your last reflection, and it gently nudges you toward that too. Still just one notification a day. Never more.

No streaks. No percentages. Just Paradise, noticing a little sooner.

### 1.7.4 — 2026-07-08

Paradise Premium is finally easy to find. Tap the gear icon at the bottom-left of Today, and it's right there in Settings.

New: a real welcome. The first time you open Paradise, a short 3-screen check-in asks what you want to take care of and what tends to get in the way. Skip it any time, nothing is lost. Answer, though, and Tomatka tailors your goal suggestions, her first line to you, and even the Premium pitch to what you actually said. Your very first logged entry gets its own warmer reaction too. Done, skipped, good reason, doesn't matter.

Premium is shown now, not just described. After that first entry, Paradise gently shows what Premium unlocks, including a live preview of your actual tomato plant re-painted in a couple of the Garden themes. See it before you decide. Dismiss it with zero friction and it won't ask again for a week. Headlines and dismiss copy rotate through several warm variants now instead of repeating the same line every time.

A few small delights too. Your next Garden visit gets a brief, gentle color tint toward whichever theme you last previewed. The Settings gear does a one-time happy wiggle right when a trial starts. Settings shows your lifetime journey points, app version, and a "Rate us" link. And rest days marked on Today finally show up in the Log tab's weekly grid, where they'd been silently missing.

No streaks. No percentages. Nothing that keeps score against you. Just more of Paradise noticing you, sooner.
