However, the app is very buggy and not only that nowadays it feels like I can’t even open the app at all constantly saying that the servers aren’t active anymore which is frustrating because I prefer this app over the other one ### 4/5 — Can’t search for players *2022-08-14, version 4.1.1* The player search bar is not working and returns no players found no matter what I type, this used to be a great functioning app but idk what happened ### 2/5 — Kinda ok *2022-07-22, version 4.1.1* The app always says can’t connect to servers. Which will not be often ### 4/5 — Great but buggy *2022-07-01* I want to start by saying how grateful I am for this app. As a beginner, having somewhere to study what items do/cost and to theory craft builds and look at stats is Incredibly Valuable. However sometimes the app will bug out and not allow me to add items in the item builder. Sometimes it won't show gods. Sometimes it won't show your builds. Sometimes the items are out of date, And the pro builds are Extremely out of date, essentially useless. TLDR: overall great app, great for studying items/builds but needs updates/bug fixes ### 3/5 — Works… Sometimes *2022-06-03, version 4.1.1* Sometimes it likes to work and let me look at everything but lately it will consistently show “Unable to connect to server” okay. I press retry that does the trick, but I try to find a profile and it infinitely loads. Whats the point of the app if I can’t use one of its primary functions?? ### 4/5 — Not working anymore *2022-05-30, version 4.1.1* This app is great to use to help track literally anything that you do with smite. I have used this app regularly to track me and my friends progress for smite for the past two years but all of a sudden it is no longer working. It keeps saying the servers are down but when I finally connect in, it takes ages to load if it even does. Hopefully this problem will be fixed soon because this is way better than using smite guru online. ### 3/5 — Not loading half the time *2022-01-14, version 4.1.1* What's the point if it only works half or less then half the time? Great app when working. Great idea. When I open it up it struggles to load page. Happens also when hitting a players profile. Trying and retrying don't seem to do any good. Just keeps saying there's an issue with server or something like that and try again. ### 3/5 — Missing some needed features *2021-12-21, version 4.1.1* While the app is great to create builds and look at pro builds, there are some issues I have noticed. 1. When creating a build, unless I somehow missed it, I can’t look at the item’s stats before I select them. 2. The stats on gods when you finish your build are off. They don’t take into account the gods passives or the item passives. My only problem, as a new player to the game, is that the newer characters haven’t had their info updated. Sometimes I can’t even find “players who have used x character” when looking for player builds. Also, there has been a new character added to the game that has not been even put in the app. Hope this didn’t come across as nitpicky, I just feel as though this app has a lot of potential to help us players but lacks some consistency as to their updates; just my two cents! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — This app never works. *2023-11-18* This app is literally always down. I think the last time there’s been an update for it has been beginning of S9, and we’re almost at worlds for SX and I can understand why there wasn’t a lot of need to update, its main purpose was working fine but now I hope the servers aren’t really perma down. I find it hard to use the keyboard in the app because they’re incredibly small. ### 5/5 — Everything you could want from a smite app *2022-03-09* First time reviewing an app but damn does this one deserve it. Has so much smite info and in such a streamlined and accessible way, patch notes, news and skin art, you can check your game history, check what god abilities and items do. Everything has easy search and filter options to make it quick to find what you need. The best part though is the custom builder, it’s far and above the best i’ve seen, beats out the in-game one or any website one i’ve seen. Can select as many items as you want, in whatever order you want them, have the god and title (i use role) you want to give it, stack multiple builds for one god together, add notes to each build that can be anything you want, I’ve used it for ability levelling order, tips and tricks, general playstyle advice and alternate item choices. It’s really easy to add and remove items and reorder them and you can even long hold on an item to bring up the stats and passive description. Build also shows you the stats and cost too (and stats change depending on which god you’ve selected for that build!) You can also check pro builds from SPL games and use them as a template for your custom builds, shows when they were used, by which pro, in what role, vs what god. The app is really pretty too and all the god/skin/item art is higher graphics than i can run smite on. The app design is so clean too.
