It also gives us step by step guides on how to clean different parts. For this, the app is great What we mainly use the app for however is the diary, and this needs serious improvement. First off, me and my wife have to share an account to ensure we both can view the diary. Each member of the home on the app should be able to view the diary. The information on feeding and nappies is only saved for 30 days and then deleted (this may also be be the case for the other information pieces, but we haven’t got to that point yet) Which makes it impossible to keep a track of long term trends like the amount of milk in feeds. If it’s a server storage issue, then there should be an option for the information to be stored locally on the device. There is a section on the “detailed information” tab, that shows the trends for the last day, week and month. However, when trying to have a look at the month tab, instead of the expected information from the last 30 days, you see only the information from the current month. So when you start a new month, you only get to see the information from the 1st and not from the last 30 days as you’d expect, which is very frustrating. If these issues were sorted, I would recommend this app as a “one size fits all” but for now, this app is great for notifying on Tommee tippee appliances, but I’d recommend using a different app for tracking feeds and such. ### 2/5 — Worst app. Worst pump. *2026-03-02, version 1.2.1* This app is sooo confusing at first to understand. The app doesn’t even work 100% of the time when pumping. And not to mention you can’t get all your milk out of the container!! I had to use a syringe to suck the rest up. My pump just went out this morning so I’m on the hunt for a new one 🙄I don’t recommend this at all so don’t get it. ### 3/5 — Could / should do more *2026-01-22, version 1.2.1* I expected the app to offer more than it does. Right now, it just mirrors what the machine already handles, like filter and cleaning notifications. I was hoping for practical features, such as changing the oz amount, starting a feed remotely, or logging the last feed time. Basic, useful stuff. As it stands, the only real control is the water temperature, and after testing it with a thermometer, the difference is barely noticeable. Overall, the app feels underpowered and could do much more. Maybe a future update will improve it, but I’m not holding my breath. ### 2/5 — Temperamental *2025-10-14, version 1.2.1* Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Sometimes it will connect to the breast pumps via bluetooth, sometimes it won’t. Sometimes it times the pumps, sometimes it doesn’t. Never gets the amount pumped correct, barely gives you chance the manually change it. Lots of work to be done on the app before it’s less stress than it’s worth. ### 2/5 — Enforced ads ruined my experience *2024-07-22, version 1.2.0* I was happy with app and the sleep training, worked like a charm until they introduced ads to the app that you cannot skip for 5 seconds. Huge disappointment. ### 3/5 — Please add auto sleep time *2024-04-25, version 1.0.9* My daughter has a bedtime of a certain time and I regularly forget to go and manually change the light colour to bedtime and then she thinks when she wakes early that it’s morning time. Surely a basic app enhancement that’s a choice for parents. ### 1/5 — Only one pump syncs and works *2024-01-21, version 1.0.7* Like I said, only one pump turns on and works with the app, the left one, won’t let me sync the right side at all… ### 1/5 — Camera feed constantly freezes *2023-12-10, version 1.0.7* Worked well for about 2 months but now the camera feed in the app constantly freezes with no sound and it looks like our child is asleep but is in fact awake. We have to keep checking the timestamp and if the seconds aren’t moving we have to manually relaunch the app. So we have now decided to buy another product as this one is useless. ### 1/5 — don’t waste your money! *2023-11-17, version 1.0.7* This thing never worked for me! I tried to use it and watch a lot of tutorials, but did not work! The app said that I am pulling lot of milk out but the jars are empty! Also is so hard to ensamble the pumps is way to hard! So please save your money and buy something else! ### 1/5 — Worst breast pump, worst app *2023-11-13, version 1.0.7* I had my first child three months ago. I’m 26 years old. My husband and I are studying for our bachelors.. therefore we don’t have a lot of money We put our trust in this product and we regret it so much. We thought “you get what you pay” and we ended up throwing 300 dollars in the trash. These products are meant to make moms’ life easier, but it does the exact opposite.. first off, is extremely painful, second you are going to end up wasting milk because the ridiculous square form of the bottle does not let you get all the milk out of it. When I complained about this, they told me to buy an syringe, I told them I that wouldn’t, because when a product is 300 dollars I expect it to work almost perfect, I’m not going to waste another single penny on this horrible product. Third, just like you can’t pour all the milk out, you can’t wash them properly, water will get stuck and when you are pumping, water is going to be mixed with your milk, giving water to a baby specially a new born could be dangerous. And you can’t even return the product because once is open, you can’t give it back. If I can go back to the day I bought this awful product and not get it i would be the happiest person. But now I just have to deal with the fact that I trusted this product and it absolutely disappointed me. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT, ITS TRASH. ### 1/5 — Stopped working since last update *2023-09-25, version 1.0.7* Worked fine before but since the last update, it’s just stopped! It doesn’t wake up when I press the button and it often says it’s offline when it isn’t. Very annoying when trying to do bedtime with the little one. ### 1/5 — Poor Appliance, Poor App *2023-09-10, version 1.0.7* Bought the Smart Baby Monitor, planned to test it for a few weeks before baby was due, he was overdue so it turned out to be a month. The app was continuously warning me of baby noises and environmental noises whatever the sensitivity was set to (I tried 0 and 100 and in-between for prolonged periods) even when no baby existed and the windows were closed and there was nobody in the house. The parent pod emits a permanent static background noise even when there is nobody in the house and the whole product feels cheap and plasticky. Was expecting better from a reputable company, definitely not worth even a quarter of the amount I paid for it. Surely in 2026 there is a more intelligent way for the clock to connect to the phone!? Echo other parents’ feedback that no automatic bedtime is bizarre and irritating. If this clock had been designed by parents it would be incredible. Opened and closed app so many time but still can’t see anything. Please fix bug as would help to track feeds and tell me the time gaps ### 1/5 — Frustrating App *2025-07-07, version 1.2.0* We set up the app for the timekeeper clock. Some elements were not intuitive, like how to lower the volume and where to set the bedtime (I was only able to set an alarm for wake up and a count down for naps). I was going through the manual buttons on the clock to see if the options for volume control, etc. were easier that way when a message popped up on the app that my device had been deleted.. all our settings were gone and we had to pair again. So far I’ve gone through the prompts several times but it doesn’t complete one of the pairing steps. The app is frustrating to use and I don’t understand why it would delete all the settings instead of saving device specific settings to the user’s profile. ### 1/5 — Do not buy the dream sense monitor *2025-06-17, version 1.2.0* The dream sense monitor is Absolutely worth nothing, so faulty, unreliable and not cheap. Will have to buy another brand ### 1/5 — Niggles get worse *2024-07-12, version 1.1.0* Love the premise of the function, but it is rather limited and currently faulty. I have the connected Sleep Trainer. It is far better than the original gro clock with its Wi-Fi connection however, No ‘auto set’ the would be much improved if you set a schedule and the colour of the went into sleep mode automatically White noise is very good to have. However it only runs for 2 hours. This means another white noise machine has to run as the kids will wake as the white noise clicks off ### 1/5 — App *2024-06-12, version 1.1.0* Bad connection doesnt keep track of how much u pump all week app freezes ### 1/5 — App updated and broke my sleep trainer clock *2024-05-09, version 1.0.9* Clock disconnected itself from my WiFi one night, now thanks to an app update there’s no longer an option to re-add the clock I purchased. Clock won’t go into pairing mode despite following the product manual and customer service doesn’t know what to do. Clock is now an expensive paperweight. It is so frustrating that whenever we put our little one to bed it has dropped and says that is to not connected to the app or house wifi.
