Awesome frozen mai tai and live music must lower my blood pressure 20 points. And then shop for the wonderful clothing they offer. Awesome for evening casual, festive fun or even the beach. Anyway, visit them for a happy hour and enjoy a chill zone. Thank you Tommy’s people! This food was delicious as well!! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Overpriced Cheap Clothes *2026-04-04, version 47.17.2* I shopped in my first Tommy Bahama store in West Palm Beach and the sales agent next to me gave her customer a military discount so I asked for that same discount and they said since I already paid they would have to do a return and the store only does exchanges not returns. So I could not get the military discount. Wow thanks for supporting some military. I wasn’t happy with the prices because everything was on sale and I thought they would take more money off at the register. No the $60 I paid for a horrible tank top that I just washed once and it looks so bad I will probably never wear it again. Well I’ll never shop in a Tommy Bahama again. I don’t mind paying more for quality but this shirt is ridiculous and don’t offer a discount if you don’t offer a discount! ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2024-12-19, version 36.0.1* Waitress was rude! But the service was not. They forgot about our food order. After 30 min all the tables around us got their food so we asked. Apparently our tab was closed out and the food order never went through. They finally brought out the food and then maybe checked on us once after. The atmosphere and acoustics here are terrible, hence; the rating. Elder location was soooo much better and more enjoyable! Loud, obnoxious guests should be asked to leave or pipe down. “Where’s the manager” is like a game of “where’s Waldo” every time! He was so attentive and even made me a decaf espresso martini. It was the evening of a lifetime thanks to our server janoi________. We will return and refer all our friends. I used to be a manager and cooperate trainer for Tommy Bahama in Las Vegas.
