## What is Tomo Sphere?

Every question offers 10 items. 
You can choose up to 3 options from each category:
Goals you want to achieve.
Areas you want to improve.
Colors that you like the most.


1.2.Unique sleep plan to dive you into deep sleep and smooth wake up:
Step 1 is the preparation phase: 15 minutes of higher light intensity set on default.
Step 2 is the main sleep cycle based on your chosen 3 questions: Ligh intensity is set at the lowest. 
Step 3 is the wake-up phase: 15 minutes of the highest light intensity.
