Die App ist durchdacht, zuverlässig und ich hatte noch nie Probleme damit. Der Support ist kompetent und freundlich. Als ich meine Telefonnummer und mein Smartphone gewechselt habe, hatte ich etwas Panik, aber ich habe mich an den Support gewandt und sie haben mir perfekt weitergeholfen. Am nächsten Tag war alles wieder beim Alten. Ein tolles Team! Alles in allem ist Tomorrow ein Banking, bei dem keine Wünsche offen bleiben. Durch Schwierigkeiten mit meinem Handyvertrag musste ich meine Telefonnummer ändern. Leider wurde mein Zugang zum Konto fast einen Monat lang blockiert, weil meine alte Nummer noch hinterlegt war. Obwohl der Kundenservice die Nummer schließlich geändert hat, konnte ich weiterhin nicht auf mein Konto zugreifen, weil sich mein gesamtes Guthaben in sogenannten “Pockets” befand. Dadurch konnten Rechnungen nicht abgebucht werden, und die Nummer wurde erneut gesperrt. Das führte zu einem massiven Problem, weil ich ewig keinen Zugriff auf mein Konto hatte. Ich konnte mich mal kurz anmelden um die Pockets zu löschen, habe aber relativ schnell den Zugang wieder blockiert bekommen. Aus diesem Grund bin ich zur einer anderen Bank gewechselt, wo ich bei Problemen persönlich vorstellig werden kann und vielleicht schneller Hilfe bekomme. Deshalb nutze ich diese Bank nicht mehr als Hauptkonto. ### 3/5 — Schlechte Kategorisierung *2025-03-13* An sich ja eine tolle App mit wirklich ansehnlichem Design und guten Basisfunktionen. Dafür eigentlich 5 Sterne. Für mich sollte aber das Killerfeature die Kategorisierung von Zahlungen und die monatliche Übersicht sein. Ich würde ja gern wissen wofür ich so mein Geld ausgebe. Leider funktioniert daa einfach nicht gut genug. Der Großteil meiner Zahlungen landet eben in der "other" Kategorie. Das macht die monatliche Übersicht einfach nutzlos. Ich mein wie schwer kann das sein? Der Titel der Zahlung enthält das Wort "Hotel". Das sollte ja in fast allen Sprachen offensichtlich sein. Das entsetzlichste daran ist, dass das System es nicht lernt, wenn ich die Kategorie manuell ändere. Ich habe einen Dauerauftrag in dem das Wort "savings" vorkommt. Soll ich jetzt jeden Monat manuell die Kategorie ändern damit die Übersicht Sinn macht? Noch entsetzlicher ist dass ich jetzt schon dutzende male auf "Something wrong?" geklickt habe und dies gemeldet habe. Hat sich was geändert? Nein! Hat sich mal jemand bei diesbzgl gemeldet? Nein! Was soll diese Feedback Funktion dann bewirken? ### 1/5 — Worst bank ever! *2025-02-08, version 3.78.0* They have blocked my card when I ordered a new one without activating the new card! They blamed it on incorrect pin but my pin is the same for another bank so I know it’s rubbish! One of the customer service was so rude! Telling me we don’t have many cards here with your name written on it to just send out! Safe to say I’m on my way to open a new bank! I didn’t mind an online bank because I have other 2 uk bank accounts! But this account is the worst thing and the company almost doesn’t exist as a listed bank I’m surprised they haven’t stolen the money and closed the account suddenly don’t stay with them!
