## What is Tondeiku?

You point toward the station, and it turns out to be the opposite way. Sound familiar?
Tondeiku lets you choose a destination, shows its direction, and flies you there from where you stand.

■ Fly
Type a station or place name and tap Fly. You rise straight up, arc across aerial photos, and land at your destination in a few seconds. Nearby places stay low; far ones take you above the clouds.

■ Guide or Quiz
In Guide mode the app shows the true direction right away and flies along it.
In Quiz mode you point your phone first, tap "Here!", and then fly. On landing you see your direction and the true one side by side, with the difference in degrees.

■ Choose the scenery
3D city (Flyover on iPhone), aerial photos from the Geospatial Information Authority of Japan, or a miniature city with buildings as little boxes.

■ Privacy
Your location is used only to set the starting point and never leaves the device. Search terms are sent to map services (GSI Japan and the OS geocoder). Station search runs on the device.

Map data: GSI tiles (Geospatial Information Authority of Japan), Terrain Tiles (AWS Open Data), © OpenStreetMap contributors / OpenFreeMap, Apple Maps. Stations: National Land Numerical Information (MLIT Japan).
