## What is Tondo?

Turn your own photo into a cross-stitch pattern, and track the charts you already bought.
The cross-stitch companion for iPhone, iPad and Mac. Buy once. No subscription, ever.
Your projects sync through your own iCloud and pick up exactly where you left off,

TURN A PHOTO INTO A PATTERN
• Photograph something you would like on fabric, a pet or a child's drawing, and Aida
  builds a real cross-stitch chart from it with DMC floss codes.
• Aida picks your subject out of the picture and frames the chart around it, so the
  stitches go on what you photographed and not the wall behind it.
• Your picture never leaves your device. There is no account to make and no charge per
  pattern: one purchase covers every pattern you make.
• Tune it while you watch: stitches across, how many colours, dithering, background
  removal, fabric colour and count. The finished size updates as you go.
• Lock a colour you like, merge two that fight, or paint single stitches by hand.
• Reopen a saved pattern later and carry on tuning where you stopped.

• Import designer charts from Files, iCloud or email: grid, symbols and thread key
  detected automatically.
• Designer chart files open with their exact grid and thread key: OXS, PCStitch PAT,
  Pattern Maker XSD, FlossCross FCJSON and SVG, KXStitch KXS, Crosti CST and Stitch
  Art Easy! SA4. You never retype a stitch.
• Photograph a printed chart instead and Aida reads the stitches off the paper, then
  hands the result back for you to check.
• Multi-page patterns become one continuous canvas. Page breaks stop breaking your count.
