I use this app to play tones to drown out distracting sounds while I study. I would love for this app to be able to continue playing when the iPhone is locked or while using other apps, but it’s not a big deal that it doesn’t. My personal favorite “recipe” right now is 44.5Hz, 44.6Hz, 88.6Hz, 177.2Hz, and 223.3Hz all on together. Very relaxing!

I'm an experimental musician that was looking for a small tone generator in which to produce pure sine waves with adjustable frequencies. I also needed a unit that could play more than one wave at a time.
This app did the trick (and you can't beat the 99 cent price).
The only downfall is that there are other apps that allow much higher highs and much lower subs (none that I've found that can play multiple tones simultaneously, however).
Definitely worth the money.

I love saving tones, but I'd also love to label them. Give themselves name. 
I'd also love for the tone to keep generating once the phone screen goes black so we can have a tone for a extended time. Thankyou!
