## What is ToneEvents?

TONE EVENTS — THE CONFERENCE APP THAT LISTENS

Your event, hands-free. Tone Events uses inaudible acoustic signals — "tone tags" — to check you into sessions, trigger live polls, stamp your scavenger passport, and verify your digital badge. Your phone hears what you can't, in milliseconds. No QR codes. No NFC taps. No Wi-Fi required to detect.

HOW IT WORKS
Stages, booths, and beacons emit near-ultrasound signals. When your phone hears one, Tone Events springs into action — logging your attendance, opening a live poll, or unlocking exclusive content right on cue.

EVERYTHING AN ATTENDEE NEEDS
• Full schedule & session details with speaker info
• Interactive venue maps and wayfinding
• Exhibitor directory with booth numbers
• Digital badge — your credentials, always with you
• Apple Wallet tickets & passes
• Live stage polls — vote the moment speakers ask
• Scavenger passport — collect stamps, win prizes
• CEU/CME/CLE certificates issued automatically
• On-device AI copilot — ask anything, works offline
• Connections — meet attendees near you
• Sponsor showcases, media library & event resources

BUILT FOR THE SHOW FLOOR
Prompts fire only when a tone tag is detected nearby — a poll when the speaker launches one, a stamp when you reach the booth, a check-in when you enter the session — and nothing when you don't need it.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Tone detection runs entirely on your device. Tone tags are inaudible, carry no personal data, and no audio ever leaves your phone — they simply verify you're in the room.

Tone Events — hear nothing. Experience everything.
