ToneForge is your personalized AI music practice coach, built for any skill level from beginners picking up an instrument for the first time to advanced musicians who've already practiced thousands of hours. LOG YOUR HOURS We know how demotivating it is to practice for hours on end without seeing any measurable growth. That's why all your hours are in one spot in ToneForge, so you can see what each practice session adds to your skill and see all your effort in one place. YOUR COACH KNOWS YOU Unlike generic practice apps, ToneForge's AI understands your instrument, your skill level, your repertoire, and your recent practice history. When it suggests what to work on, it means exactly that piece, that measure, that tempo. YOUR AMA RATING ToneForge introduces AMA, Algorithmic Musical Ability, a skill rating modeled on chess ELO that reflects both your ability and your consistency. Practice and improve, your AMA rises. Go inactive, it drops. It's honest, it's motivating, and it keeps you accountable. DAILY PRACTICE PLANS Every morning ToneForge generates a structured practice session for your level—warm-up, technique, repertoire, and cool-down—timed to your daily goal. With ToneForge, you will always know where to start and how to practice. PIECE BREAKDOWNS Add any piece to your repertoire and ToneForge generates a complete practice guide for it. It lets you know which sections are hardest, how to approach them, what techniques it will build, and how long it should take you at your current level.
