The game takes your coins without you clearly knowing that you are already losing. Coins get deducted unexpectedly and sometimes without any clear reason, so you really have to watch your balance closely. Customer service is not helpful at all and does not give proper support or explanations about the missing coins. Instead of resolving the issue, they just give generic responses. Please be aware and double-check your coins if you decide to play.
