My wishlist for the app would be as follows: specific navigation tools - like if a Tonie failed to download correctly (happens frequently), have an option within your Tonie list to remove and re-download the Tonie. I would like more functionality out of the app to control the Toniebox 2, because the manual controls do not function as intended. ### 4/5 — Teacher user *2026-08-31* Love using the Toniebox 2 in my classroom of SEN learners. To use with the whole group at once, the sound isn’t loud enough. Will there be an update to introduce a Bluetooth speaker as an option? I’m told it’s supposed to tell me the battery life of the tonie & alert me when it’s time to charge it but I can’t find that on the app at all. Besides helping me connect to WiFi to download a new Tonie, the app seems completely pointless & annoying to navigate. We love ### 5/5 — Loved by all the family *2026-08-22* Not only does my 15month old love her Toniebox, we all do. We listen to the stories together, sing songs whilst making breakfast and dinner. The figures are played with and loved! It brings us together interacting away from screens. I was worried at first that this might replace story time but it doesn’t we still have time to read books. The tonies just help bring us together and occupies my little one when I can’t be hands on (I.e. when cooking) but we still sing and dance. We love ‘we’re going on a bear hunt’ and the farmyard animals were a hit from day one. ### 5/5 — So far so good *2026-08-22* New user here, easy to set up and user friendly. My children love to pick the different characters to hear the different stories in the different songs. We use it in the mornings! We use it at dinner time and we use it at bedtime and everywhere in between! I am loving the new controls in the app for parents! I would love to be able to reorder all and any tonies like we can with the creative tonies. As my son loves to listen to the stories first then the songs of our characters Tonjes. You would think you could add WiFi to your tonies by going to the account but nope you have to go to collections. We bought our other son a Tonie box 2 for Christmas and it is terrible. It doesn't ever work. The sound skips like an old CD or it will only play one song and then stop. We tried to reach out to support but they told us to try turning it off and turning it back on and had no other insights. However, we are on our 3rd tonies box as previous 2 wouldn’t work after 2nd charge. Now the 3rd one has lasted longer but after a few months using it , this one too has stopped working ! Original charger is not fit for purpose either. The box is now Frozen on green light after attempting to charge.
