On desktop, it says my password is incorrect even when it isn’t. On mobile, I can continue, but I’m forced to reconnect my TON wallet, and after starting the withdrawal, the funds are deducted while the transaction never arrives. The transaction stays pending and later gets refunded or blocked. This has been happening for months. What’s most frustrating is the lack of proper support. There’s no real customer service or meaningful help to resolve the issue.
