But the process takes forever. I have only seen an email as contact. I have sent two emails no response. And sent in all documents about a month ago now, and nothing still sitting in pending mode. Delivery notifications will come through click on it nothing. It’s like beating a dead horse. **Developer response:** Hello, mind giving us your email so we can check in on this? Even though I'm sure we've already gotten to it by now. We apologize for it being hard to get ahold of us. We are a very small team which is on purpose in order to be able to pay drivers a higher percentage than most other platforms. In the future, the best way to get ahold of us is by texting our support line! ### 1/5 — useless and defective!!! *2023-03-15* It doesn’t work. They seem like a scam. I registered 4 weeks ago and they haven't given me a task. You cannot delete your account if you want to do that. **Developer response:** Hello, sorry you feel this way! But we're definitely not a scam for those reading along :). "We" do not give anyone tasks. Our Vendors request a delivery to be done and it then it becomes available for drivers in the area to accept. Orders pay out twice as much as doordash/Insta cart etc. Business to business pickup/dropoffs is a major plus. Tonquin has allowed me to earn some nice extra income every week. Can’t thank them enough!! ### 5/5 — Great concept!! *2019-07-10, version 1.2.3* Tonquin is an innovative app for fast auto-parts delivery to local dealerships and auto body shops. I can’t believe it wasn’t thought of sooner! Jeff is very responsive and helpful to new drivers. He goes above and beyond to make sure that drivers and local businesses are satisfied. I am a teacher, so in the summer this is a great, easy, and fun way for me to make a few extra dollars!! ### 5/5 — Tremendous and Ingenious Idea!!! *2019-01-30* This concept is extremely helpful and efficient. Delivering auto-parts to local dealerships and auto body shops is always a timely manner. This allows for faster turn-around and, in turn, more business. If you drive Uber or Lyft and wouldn’t mind picking up a few extra gigs a day, this is the app for you! ### 3/5 — Order Already accepted from someone else *2023-07-07* Accepted my first order. A high paying order at that. Arrived to the store and they said the order was already picked up. Now I was compensated the full amount. Also not sure of the demand yet in my area. **Developer response:** Hello, thank you for your comments. Yes, this issue is caused by a technical error from one of our partners so unfortunately it's out of our control. However, we are sure to compensate the driver anytime it happens which I see you noted!
