## What is Tons?

The Eiffel Tower weighs 7,300 tons. How long would it take you to lift it?

A few push-ups here, a set there. On their own they're nothing, but together they're tons. It's not about hours at the gym, it's about how much you actually lift. That's exercise snacking: train when you get a minute, and the tons add up.

Pick an exercise and the weight is already right: your last set on that movement, or a sensible opening load when it's new. The ones you train sit first in the list now, a name you type finds the exercise you meant, and if you lift in pounds the increments are finally whole pounds. Apple Watch shows the same numbers as your phone.
