Every time TONS update their app, I see impressive features. The quality of the app is abnormal and it is on a total different standard in terms of coding and user interface and user experience. I really liked it when it said someone will call you and he did 😄 Wish you all the best and well done 🏆 ### 5/5 — Best Grocery App, but needs a lot of work *2018-02-01, version 1.1.1* The application has a lot of items, however; there is a problem, that I have informed the personal shopper about, which is each time I ordered an item, it says that it is available... while in fact it is not... and when the shopper calls to pick up the things that I have ordered.. he says this and that items are not available!!!!. It’s not his fault actually, it’s the customer care “operations” who should be responsible to keep the App updated with the grocery store.. it is completely inconvenient and annoying that each time they call, just to say that the items that I have paid for, are not available. Please work on that, to be more effective and efficient! The personal shopper calls and updates you and offers alternatives, which is great. Abruptly they decided to sell from their own store which doesn’t even serve my area. Or their app doesn’t work, either way customer service was not helpful at all. There was no warning at all. I’m so disappointed in their business model. They had something that worked and worked well. Then to pursue more money they just drop customers. They do not respect people times. Delivery is 2 hours late after the agreed time. The people who answer the phone have no knowledge. I kept called when my order was an hour late, and when finally a person answered he said the order is on the way. It turned out that the order was not prepared yet and needed another 2 hours. When I cancelled my order they wouldn’t refund my money for 3-4 days.
