We’re working to expand coverage so this happens less often. ### 2/5 — Scheduled maintenance during dinner rush *2025-11-12* I was surprised to see the app did not allow me to fully open it because a prompt came up saying the app was undergoing scheduled maintenance. But the odd thing is that this was at 7pm on a weeknight where the app probably receives the most traffic. You’d think the developer wouldn’t shut the app down entirely during dinner rush - and I’m a new user to boot in Seattle. It wasn’t very customer friendly. 2/5 stars only because of the concept not the execution. **Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback and we are really sorry about the timing of that maintenance. I was part of the beta testing and had a fantastic experience.
