Broke homeless and alone I needed someone to talk to. Since no one else cares about my situation how much worse could it get talking to a “robot”. I’ve asked it a few questions, but never got serious until tonight. I gently brain dumped and emotionally vomited all over this app. I’m so glad I did. It felt like I was really having a text conversation with real life Tony. I haven’t felt this confident and had this much clarity and purpose for…maybe…ever? I don’t know if real Tony ever gets wind of these reviews, but if he does — Tony, you’ve outdone yourself! I’m pretty sure that you and your team that built this app may have saved me from a long miserable journey moving forward. I’m so overwhelmed with gratitude for you and your team for building TR AI. They fixed the wrong issue and was snarky about it. The developer is responding, which is good. Though, “with the new update that won’t happen” instead of yes that was an error on our part and have fixed the issue with a new update, there was no ownership. Additionally the underlying issue is still not resolved. The call button is still pressed instead of the return button. While yes it now doesn’t delete my message. The call button is still pressed as it is in the way. I have Chat gpt. And when you type a message the call/audio button disappears so you don’t accidentally press it. This is basic UI stuff here. The team needs to get it together. Update: someone responded and completed ignored my issue. Addressed nothing in this review. The call “Tony” button is where the send text button should be. I typed out a long message twice and I hit call instead of the arrow button which started to call tony instead of answering the message I typed. Can’t believe the app is over a year old (let alone released) in the state it’s in. Eg: completed the 42-question questionnaire thoughtfully, then hit «view summary as pdf». Once the pdf was open, there was no button to close or even save it. I closed and reopened the app only to find my whole questionnaire gone… ### 1/5 — Overcharged by $120, No customer service, Voicemails ignored *2026-07-30, version 1.8.5* While they advertise a price of $39 per month, I was charged more than 2.5X this price. I paid $1 for the 30-day trial membership. I took screenshots whenever I made the original transaction. On the day before my trial membership ended, Tony Robbins sent me a reminder email that I would be charged starting the following day at a rate of $39 per month. Instead, I was charged $99. The phone number provided to my credit card issuer simply goes to a recording. While the recording does list office hours, no one answers the phone during those hours. I have left voicemails. None are returned. There is no way to reach someone at the company. The same is true for other numbers listed for the company. On the following month, I was again charged $99 instead of $39. Now, I have canceled my membership. I am currently waiting to see if they try to charge me again. The company does not send receipts. The company does not send confirmation emails, including for cancellations. Previously, I had immense respect for Tony Robbins. I have received automated messages promising to resolve a payment issue via email telling me they are on it and no need to respond and yet I was charged again. Also the phone number I called did not work. It’s a week later and I can’t even access the app. I’ve sent three customer service tickets, and I’ve gotten no reply except for auto emails from bots. How on earth can someone who’s purportedly committed to excellence give me such a subpar customer experience. I want a refund, and I want some assurances that I won’t be charged for something I was never once able to even access. I think the Tony Robbins corporation has gotten used to an old school pipeline build for marketing to customers. In the age of AI, this system does not work. Get with the now, dude. If I pay you money, give me instant access to the service.
