So when we showed up and saw a long line we thought it would be a great time to try out the app. It didn’t go well. After you order a burger, it’s not obvious that you have to go back to the menu to order more. Want to use a gift card? If the balance on the card won’t cover the whole transaction, too bad. Can’t use your gift card. Ok so now you go to enter in a card number. You can’t use stored card data in your phone or use Apple Pay. I’m sure TB partners with a company for this app, probably part of their point of sale system, but it’s just not up to the standard the company has set with their fantastic burgers. Bummer. First and last time using it. ### 2/5 — This app is so weird *2024-09-14* The restaurant was extra super weird. This app is also extra super weird. However, there’s no way for the employees to know I am here and who I am. I waited in the restaurant until I heard them yelling my name, asking each other if I was in the restaurant. I had to walk up and tell them I was here. I understand it’s a new app and if there was a solution created fir this, I’d give the app 4 or 5 stars ### 3/5 — Great Food, App not so great *2024-10-01* Always excellent food!! Their app isn’t completely functional, no fountain drink option on the app. ### 3/5 — Lots of bugs *2024-09-22* This app continually has issues. It fails to update the status of the order and always gives an error code when trying to redeem points or coupon codes. It’s only good purpose is allowing me to easily order and eat more Tonyburgers. **Developer response:** I apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused, we've heard you and have deployed a fix to ensure that there's no error when redeeming points. Please try again and let us know if ever you still experience the same issues. ### 3/5 — Might confuse employees? *2024-02-14* The description for fries says it comes with fry sauce.
