I was excited to try this app. First time the restaurant had no food and I had to cancel my order after I arrived. Gave it another try with another restaurant. This time the restaurant was closed. I arrived 5 mins BEFORE my pick up window started. Not worth the effort when the restaurants don’t understand the program. And good luck with the AI bot customer service.

There is no feasible way that 5 boxes can sell within 15 seconds but somehow every single day that WholeFoods items post, they all sell out before the app can even update that they are available. I have tried reloading the app in every single possible way, and am on the payment screen within the minute that they show up, and they ALL sell out within 15 seconds. How are people able to purchase something that won’t even load on there screen. I’m refreshing the screen every half a second while it says to check back at the exact time I am in the app. There is not a single chance or option to get it because it is botted by scalpers in our area. Please look into improving this set up
