## What is toodle Hub?

The toodle Hub is an integral part of the toodle mobile phone-based order management ecosystem that ensures ‘Bricks & Mortar’ operators in hospitality and retail enjoy the highest degree of touchless automation while reducing operational costs and enhancing the customer service proposition. 

Registered merchant users use the toodle Hub mobile POS to process orders, engage with users, manage their catalogue or menu, publish promotions, run daily reports, and, as applicable, supervisory and managerial users perform outlet management functions - eg. assigning waiting staff to tables and run operational and financial reports.

### 5.9.4 — 2026-07-24

We optimized workflows across our listing categories. For transaction-ready toodle listings, we enhanced checkout sync and resolved a Bluetooth printer issue. Across all configurations using Show & Save, we fixed dashboard referral details. We also fixed minor UI alignment issues across the app. Finally, for new discovery listings with Show & Save activated, we streamlined the interface to focus exclusively on redemption features by removing unnecessary order paths.

### 5.9.3 — 2026-02-16

This update improves operational efficiency and system reliability. We have refined the Accept Order and Send Payment Link workflows to ensure a seamless experience when managing transactions and fulfillment. The interface has been enhanced with an updated new order alert for better visibility, alongside new session notifications to help optimize app performance and connectivity during service. Includes general bug fixes, UI enhancements, and optimizations to improve the overall user experience.

### 5.9.2 — 2026-01-01

This update improves multi-outlet workflows and notification handling. When All Outlets is selected or when opening an order from another outlet, the order screen now renders in mPOS mode, applying the relevant outlet template, colours, and features. Notification behaviour has been refined, and the feedback flow now supports sharing an external feedback link. Includes small bug fixes and UI enhancements.

### 5.9.1 — 2025-12-14

With this version we introduce in-app version update alerts and a new one-tap check that lets you instantly see whether you’re on the latest release. If an update is available, the app guides you through the correct update process for your device.

For users with access to multiple outlets, toodle Hub now automatically switches into mPOS mode as soon as a specific outlet is selected, streamlining your workflow from the start. We’ve also added smarter notification controls, allowing multi-outlet users to receive notifications only for the outlets they choose and mute the rest.

This release also brings small bug fixes and ongoing UI enhancements to deliver an even smoother experience

### 5.9.0 — 2025-11-11

This version delivers a smoother checkout experience for full-service hospitality outlets, with clearer payment details, updated layouts, and refinements that make handling multiple orders per table and supporting split billing feel more seamless. This update also resolves issues with discounts, table selection, QR payments, CID grouping, and overall stability.
